Abuse resolution system improved:
Powerhosting.biz has improved the system and the procedure of resolution of abuse complaints coming from clients and providers.
Now 24-48 hours (depending on the nature of the abuse) are granted to resolve a complaint.
- A new ticket system has been deployed for the Abuse department for the mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org.
All abuse inquiries must be sent to the e-mail: email@example.com.
NOTE! Ticket IDs should NOT be changed in reply messages.
