Since today, March 22th 2013, a verification of the client's account is mandatory prior to sending payment for services.
That is, when a new order for a service or product is placed, or when a service is being renewed, an SMS message will be sent to the client's cell phone number. SMS messages are free for the customers.
This means, all customers should update their personal information and provide a valid cell phone number. The procedure has been introduced to protect customers' accounts and prevent fraud attempts.
A verification is sent automatically upon renewing a service or placing a new order.
The phone number has to belong to the country specified in the billing system as the client's country of residence, so has the IP address which was used on creating an account on our website.
If for some reason the SMS message is not received, please create a trouble ticket for manual phone verification.
