To receive a full refund that not include any setup fees, domain registrations and ssl certificates, please contact our sales deparment. It can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.

Our return policy is valid in case

1. Webhosting Services or Virtual Servers Services month uptime was lower then 99%
2. If the customer made the payment and didn’t receive the product he payed for on our site.
